Parasite Colon Cleanse
As soon as we begin to experience some
form of intestinal parasites symptoms, it is probably a good
time to undergo a parasite colon cleansing program.
Parasites are everywhere. They can be found
in the soil of our gardens, food that we eat daily such as
vegetables, fruits and meat.
Water which we drink can also be a source of
parasitic contamination. The most common type of parasites
which reside in the human colon is worms.
Very often, parasite infestation in humans
is caused by poor hygiene practices such as not washing of our
hands before eating.
The various types of parasitic worms include
roundworms, pinworms, threadworms and tapeworms.
Roundworms get into our body if we ingest
the eggs of these worms.
We get tapeworms from eating raw or
undercooked meat.
Fish are often found infested with flukes, tapeworms and the
nasty anisakine larvae.
If you eat a fish infested with a live
anisakine larva, the larva can drill into the intestinal wall
or stomach causing intense pain.
The parasite, Giardia Lamblia, is the most
common parasite that affects humans caused by the inadequate
treatment of drinking water.
Once in the body, parasites can settle
almost anywhere. Being what they are, parasites will suck up
nutrients, sap our energy level, cause blockage of our vital
organs.

Parasite Colon
Cleanse
In order to rid the body of the various
parasites, you have to have a concoction of various types of
herbs suitable for parasite colon cleansing. Many of these
herbs have various degree of toxicity.
It is important to consume them under the
supervision of a qualified homeopathic practitioner. Some of
these herbs are:
• Garlic (Allium
sativum). Eating two cloves of raw garlic within hours of
a meal can get rid of pinworms and threadworms. Garlic in
capsule form is a very good alternative.
• Fennel. Besides aiding in
digestion, Fennel seeds also help in the removal of waste and
parasites from our body.
• Cloves. Taken in
sufficient quantities, cloves help to destroy the eggs of
parasites.
• Pumpkin seeds. They are
traditionally used as a herbal remedy which help to immobilize
parasites so that they lose their abilities to cling on to the
intestinal wall.
This helps in the expulsion of intestinal
worms through the normal daily bowel movements. Tapeworms and
roundworms are susceptible to this treatment.
• Barberry (Berberis
vulgaris). Barberry root bark has exhibited the ability to
kill parasites and has been commonly used in folk medicine.
• Goldenseal (
Hydrastis canadensis ). Research and studies on the
medicinal properties of Goldenseal have found that the herb is
especially effective in destroying a large number of internal
parasites including Giardia Lamblia.
• Oregon grape (
Berberis aquifolium ) . Oregon grape root and other
herbs such as Barberry and Goldenseal contain berberine which
is scientifically proven to protect against bacteria, viruses,
fungi, protozoans, helminthes (worms) and chlamydia.
Conditions requiring treatment by the Oregon
grape root include bacterial diarrhea and intestinal
parasites.
• Anise ( Pimpinella anisum ).
Anise has modest antiparasitic characteristics and used as a
treatment for mild intestinal parasite infestations only.
• Wormwood ( Artemisia
annua ). The herb wormwood has been used for thousands of
years as an effective herbal remedy for purging parasites.
Wormwood tea is excellent for getting rid of pinworms and
roundworms.
It is especially effective against the
Giardia Lamblia parasite. Wormwood can be found in various
forms such as tea, liquid extract or in capsules.
• Black walnuts (
Juglans nigra). This is highly touted as the greatest
intestinal parasites killer since time immemorial. As an
antihelminthic (treatment used to expel parasitic worms from
the colon), black walnut hulls cleanse the intestines of most
types of parasites.
The high tannin and juglone content that is
present in the hulls causes the blood to be oxygenated thereby
killing the parasites. An extract of this herb can be used
safely in recommended doses for adults.
However, it is not recommended for infants
and young children owing to its high level of toxicity.
There are many types of commercial
preparations out there which contain these herbs for parasitic
cleansing.
Usually, it is recommended that you complete
a minimum course of 30 days.
After completing the course of parasite
colon cleanse, it would be highly recommended to follow up with
a colon cleansing program so as to ensure that all the dead
parasites and their eggs are flushed out of the body.
It is entirely up to you if you wish to
adopt a colon cleanse
diet or commercially availabe herbal colon
cleansing remedies for a good colon
cleanse. Both ways are equally good.
